This beautiful medallion style pendant is based on an ancient coin depicting Artemis the goddess of nature, symbolised by the bee. This gorgeous bee symbolise community, friendship and selflessness, as well as brightness, joy, beauty and celebration. 

The original coin was in circulation in the city of Ephesus in ancient times. It is the symbol of the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. The Greek letters represent the coming together and the end of all things.
