Trewarne accepts returns within 14 days of your item being delivered.
The customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping.
All items must be in the exact saleable, unworn condition as they were when you received them. Trewarne reserves the right to refuse returns for any items not in appropriate condition or items that were bought on sale.
Returns and exchanges can be made via email or in store.
To return or exchange your item via email, please follow the following steps:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Your name as it is on your order
Your order number
The names of the item(s) you wish to return
A photograph of your item(s) in their current condition
Specify if you would like store credit, refund or exchange
If you would like to exchange your item, please specify the name of the item you would like to exchange it for as found on the website.
You will receive an email from our team specifying if we will accept your return/exchange based on the condition of your item.

Upon receiving your return, you will be issued a refund to the banking details used to place your order, or an email confirming your store credit. If you requested an exchange, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation for your new item.
